The location was acceptable enough for getting around.
The minibar remained locked during my entire stay despite multiple requests. What was the point of the deposit? The room's temperature was consistently too warm, constant readjustment of the air conditioning. It hardly seems like a five-star experience. Rather annoying!!!

The room included a rainfall shower and separate sinks. The gym had modern equipment and expansive views (especially at sunrise!).
The room was very close to the elevators and i could slightly hear the 'ding' sound from it.

The gym included modern Techno gym equipment spread across small rooms. Breakfast offered tasty dishes with vegetarian options. My room was clean and quiet. Electronic blinds and touch controls regulated a/c and lights efficiently.

the breakfast included quality products. i asked for a high floor and the hotel accommodated that request. the hotel offers free stay for children, attractive for families. the building has a very modern architecture.
the minibar was never opened, despite my deposit. it was warm in the room. i had to adjust the air conditioning to get comfortable for sleeping.

The room was well-designed and spacious. The king-sized bed offered a restful sleep. The city views from the room were amazing (I could see everything!).
The minibar was not available until the last day, despite my deposit. The air conditioning in the room seemed to reset to 22 degrees Celsius every time I returned. I found hairs in the bathroom, specifically in the bath and under the sink.
